Busy Day

Yesterday was my daughter's 12th birthday.

We decided she could choose what she wanted to do for the day, this was of course after church.

It was Agape Feast at church and she wanted to stay for that.

Because I do not enjoy potlucks, this was somewhat of a sacrifice for me.

I don't like my food touching and I am fairly picky when it comes to food.

But, we stayed, which made my family happy.

After church we went shopping for the big birthday present.

She has wanted a Nintendo DS for some time now and she wanted an IPod Nano.

After much hemming and hawing, we convinced her to go for the IPod Nano because she doesn't play the Gameboy she had to have.

We ended our day with dinner at Macaroni Grill (her choice).

All in all it was a great day.
