Ultimate Blog Party

Hi there,

I am an Air Force wife, Mom and lover of Jesus.

I have been married nearly 20 years to my best friend and have 2 children. My girl is 11 almost 12 and my son is 7 almost 8.

I am very new at this blogging thing, but have enjoyed getting to know a few folks as a result. I look forward to meeting more.
Head over to http://www.5minutesformom.com and check it out.

Welcome to the blog world and to the party. I hope you have fun visiting all the parties. I've gotten ideas from other bloggers when I first started - almost 2 years ago.

Please drop by if you get a chance and say hello.

Thanks for your comment on my blog and your introduction! I teach 4 year olds right now, but a co-worker of mine just resigned (taking another job), so I will be picking up her job, as well, which is teaching 3 year olds, 2 days a week. I love the 4-yr-olds, but I am not so sure about the 3s yet...it will be an adjustment for me, that's for sure. Take care!

Thanks for stopping back by my blog for the party! Interesting that your hubby works at the Pentagon - I enjoyed my summer jobs there, but wouldn't want to be there for very long. I'm not a city person, and that whole area was WAY too crowded and crazy. We lived in Springfield, off the Fairfax County Parkway. And my hubby and I got married in Falls Church.

I know retirement can be exciting and scary. My dad retired in July of 2003 after almost 24 years as an officer - it took him awhile to figure out civilian life again. It's amusing to me to see how often Dad's hair touches his collar these days. :-)
